What Is a Football Points Pool?
A football points pool is a season-long contest among friends, coworkers or family. Everyone gets a balance of virtual pool points and uses them to make picks on football games.
A moneyline pick chooses who wins, a spread pick uses a point handicap, and a total pick chooses whether the combined score finishes over or under a set number.
Better picks grow your balance and move you up the leaderboard. The player with the strongest results is the one to beat.
How the points play
- Pool points are virtual points used inside your pool for scoring and ranking.
- Picks are based on point spreads, moneylines and game totals.
- Results are settled automatically and recorded in bet history.
- Commissioners configure the rules and manage players.
PoolZone is not a sportsbook and does not accept real-money wagers. Pool points have no cash value. Any entry fees or prizes are handled between you and your players.
